  1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the Foodor service, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Service Availability: Foodor reserves the right to modify or discontinue service in certain areas without prior notice.
  3. Order Placement: All orders are subject to availability and must be placed before the cutoff time of 10 PM for next-day delivery.
  4. Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement via accepted payment methods.
  5. Delivery Charges: Additional delivery and packing fees may apply and will be indicated at checkout.
  6. Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, subject to a cancellation fee.
  7. Refusal of Service: Foodor reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at its discretion.
  8. Intellectual Property: All content on the Foodor website and app is the property of Foodor and protected by copyright laws.
  9. User Conduct: Users must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  10. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in Indian courts.
